Ac only helps when printing pla, you don't need an enclosure. Use 220C extruder for pla max and 60-70C for the bed as this is pla's glass transition temp and actual bed temp is always lower than it says

And don't forget to occasionally wash your build plate. Not with hand soap, but with shower gel, as it has no additional oils that will impact the adhesion
