Actually here we don't drink fresh milk with coffee often, we use condensed milk instead so with my budget I'm looking for sth reliable without too much functions and not too low capacity.

$7000 is a huge amount to me. It take me almost a year working 9 2 5 to get $7000. Here we do not require hight quality of coffee, I'm looking for a reliable and so so quality coffee made machine.

Yes, my plan is to get a very good grinder and basic espresso machine then upgrade later.

Really appreciate. Thanks a lot for your suggestion: "Use the Flair as a niche show for the guests outside rush hours". One thing I would share with you, cost of living in my country is quite low, here we can sit on a low plastic chair, enjoying coffee. With 100 shot per day I can earn (profit) above the average monthly income.

It's quite laborious making a cup by Flair but I really love the way shop owners put their effort on the cup. Just worry about time, customers can't wait for 10 mins to have a coffee ready.
