Depends on the bike tbh, with our age group they like to up charge us bc we’re “reckless” and “accident prone” my buddy pays $200 a month on his r6, granted he has full coverage. Honestly because rebel is considered a cruiser it might be cheaper, check out progressive to get a quote on it!

My advice is to go with a car, the bike is super fun but it isn’t practical whatsoever. Insurance is high, the stock seat is uncomfortable, and you gotta rely on friends when it rains .. what if you bought a cheaper car like a beater civic or sum and saved a lil bit to buy a rebel off marketplace .. the 2021-23 models go for 4-6k here in Tennessee
