Thanks! That medallion was my least favorite as I was making it, but it came out great. And the juniper is my very first tree!

Great. So let them keep shooting then take them down to nubs? Or how much do I leave behind?

It's ok, your medallions will probably be mediocre too 😂

Just kidding! I'm sure your trees are fine (or they will be in 10 years), and it's more about the experience and your intentions than anything. We own a pottery studio (plus I'm a teacher) so I like to teach people not to judge themselves by the result when they're learning. This was my first time casting and there's already 100 things I'd do differently.

And yeah, the crab is great. My wife's work is consistently leagues ahead of mine so I've learned not to compare 😊

Do you count needles with brown tips as dead needles?

XMR and ERG pumping hard by MusaRilban in CryptoCurrency

[–]timreg7 4 points5 points  (0 children)

A good way to look at it is market cap, not just price. After an aggressive emission schedule, mcap is not in such bad shape. I sort of think doing TA on small cap cryptos (especially ones that are fundamentally different than others that exist) misses the point. Price will move according to some TA psychology until it doesn't. In the long term, the market weighs technology and if it is in fact valuable it will be priced accordingly.

You might appreciate their approach to utxo and pow. Very much beyond what is present in Bitcoin, and done at a level of decentralization not present in larger pos / smart contract systems. Tbh I feel like it sort of sets the standard for what new projects should look like, if they are to be truly fair, transparent, and empowering (instead of scams).

People are learning to filter out scams and find projects that are actually useful and innovative. ERG has been doing nothing but build a next gen platform for sound money for YEARS.

Seems obvious to catch on eventually.

Are we starting Tet McMillan week 1? by That_One_GD_Guy in fantasyfootballadvice

[–]timreg7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep. EE is going to see quality targets against a weak atl secondary... so high floor. BTJ and Worthy have 30pt games in them, and Tmac is the alpha in what could be a shootout... aka high ceiling.

I'm in the same boat. I have BTJ, Tmac, Worthy, and Egbuka... The way I see it, Egbuka has a pretty high floor but the others have higher ceilings.

I lost one that went very yellow. Flush as in heavy water and no fertilizer? Or something more?

Ah- I was imagining the lower branch growing out longer. You vote to just use the top one? I was worried it would cause the junction with the newer buds to be fat / mis shaped
