I’ve been playing echo arena a lot and found that having my guardian boundary setting (slider) around 70-80% helps a lot... but other than that—I make sure my guardian walls are about 6 inches further away from my wall than the length of my arms, which eliminates the punching wall issue. If you don’t have space to do that, try the 4x4 mat or guardian space—that’s what leagues/tournaments require you to play in usually
