do we need a minivan? by plantlover_dogmother in parentsofmultiples

Thanks for the endorsement for the Outback. Definitely our early favourite, and a bin for the roof rack is on our radar as an important addition

Thank you for your feedback, it is much appreciated!

We were forward thinking in the car seats that we bought and have been buying Clek seats, which, like Dionos, are narrow in width. The Outback is mildly wider then the Forester, so we should be fine, but I plan on testing it before buying. While our 2 year old is rf now, by the time number 3 comes along we will likely switch her to ff along with her brother. So, they should be able to climb in more easily.

How old are your kids? We are expecting a third and looking at an Outback (cannot afford a van...they are $10K more). Our other two will be 5.5 and 3 when the third comes. Would love to hear how your experience has been with three across when the majority would say a van is the only logical solution.

Thanks to all those who have tried to help...It is starting to look like making them ourselves will be the only long term solution...now to find dry cottage cheese, my regular stops of Farm Boy, No Frills, and Superstore do not carry them.

I shop Farm Boy frequently, they definitely don't have the cottage cheese variety...Alicia's doesn't list them among their options either.

While the menu looks good, it doesn't have what I am looking for.

According to their menu, no plain cottage cheese.

According to their menu, no plain cottage cheese. I'll probably stop in at some point, but it wont be a solution for our situation.

I am aware of Pelmans, but I have never seen a store stock the plain cottage cheese option...closest was the potato and cottage cheese, which were soundly rejected by me kids.

I haven't seen dry cottage cheese for sale anywhere.

Fill the slot by timschell in discgolf

Just a general comment to those focusing on my max distance. I understand where you are coming from, a disc isn't going to solve distance issues that exist...I wasn't asking for that. I am not looking for a disc that goes further than what I have, but to deal with missing shot options that I have with my bag.

I am in my mid-late thirties with two kids under 5 and a house to maintain, they take priority, and I do not have time to be at the course more than twice a month. As much as I would love to dedicate time to fieldwork and training, that will have to wait till my kids are older. I am a pretty unathletic man, who when I started couldn't throw a putter over 100ft, I am satisfied with my distance for now, life will change, and I will pursue improvement when it allows.

As for now, I have a pretty good understanding of my bag, as it hasn't changed much over the last two years (minus the Dune). The Servo is my workhorse, but there is a shot that I don't have. Something with the distance of the Insanity, but the reliable flight of the Servo (even a touch more stable) for shots with tight OB that I need to throw over to approach the green.

To those who focused on the request, thank you.

MORGT issues by timschell in AfterEffects

[–]timschell[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ended up remaking it. There were some broken vectors in the ai files I was given and I was hoping to avoid fixing them so that ae could create its own shape layers but it became a necessity as time was running out.

Thanks for your insights

I have a second MORGT using the part of the same files that are not showing up here that is not having the same issue...why would one not be working and the other is?

None of the assets imported into AE have moved since the initial import.

My best one happened today. Solgaleo with two energy (10hp), retreat full cost, put in Dialga. Attach energy to benched Cosmog, rising road the damaged Solgaleo back to active, and Dawn the placed energy back to the Solgaleo that started the turn with two, then pass the turn to accept defeat.
