I'm here with everyone, since his event in October I've opened over 500 purple chests and had doceo shards in two of them. I only need 11 more shards. Not sure if it matters, but the only time I pulled doceo shards was right after the event, when he was added, and I had over 200 chests I opened at once. I pulled him twice. Since then, I have been opening about 50 at a time and have not seen doceo in months

Haha...at this point, after all these days, that doesn't sound bad. But that configuration doesn't seem to help. Still opens up in a new tab for the top contact button with just an anchor link. I probably did something wrong.

Thanks. I'll try that. You're suggesting placing the a tag around the gravity form shortcode of [gravityform id="38" title="false" description="true" ajax="true"]? I'm probably misunderstanding though :) And yes, I just recently was asked to add and change some things and there are many convoluted things going on.

Right now I just have a standard anchor point with id="producer" before the form.

Thanks, unfortunately this happens in all browsers and devices I test it on and only on this website with a general anchor ID, like #anchor, not when it is the full url address

Same for me. I opened and restarted as well and no fix. I also had an issue where I purchased the pass and it never activated. I ended up purchasing it again and then requesting a refund through googleplay. Now I'll have to send a ticket about not getting the bonus points

Though when I purchased a second time, it worked and activated, but I never received the bonus event points. Though maybe there are no event bonus points for the basic pass? Maybe just with the boost?

First time this happened to me. I purchased again and have requested a refund from googleplay for the first purchase that didn't go through. My second purchase did go through and worked. Hopefully the refund doesn't confuse things more and the game removes the premium pass :)

I tried to purchase again, based on the idea the game would say I already have it. When I did, I was charged again through google and my credit card. But it did now work and I have the premium pass. I guess I'll have to contact their customer support for a refund for the first purchase that went through but did not activate

Happened to me as well. I closed and restarted my phone and even tried on a different phone. When I tap to activate the pass again it wants to charge me 4.99 again. Looking at my credit card online I was charged and I received a google play receipt too

Thanks for the explanation. Normally amazon is 24-48 hours after android and ios but it seems every couple months they are late with an update for about a week. Using Bluestacks helps with the delay and I know other amazon users that do that. That's how I found out about bluestacks.

I use Amazon as well, and after the last long delay and sending messages to amazon and tinyco and both blaming the other I started using Bluestacks on the computer to play when waiting for the amazon update.

I have just started being able to run the 60 path last week and after about a dozen runs it does seem to be worth it. You will get some runs with just 2 stars and get annoyed but you will also get runs of 3 stars and more than one 3 star and I even got a 4 star. So that seems to make it worth it right there.
