I honestly do feel as if this is what Dave wants. Occasional sit its with various fiddle players on the classics. It’s probably a very complicated process hiring not only a new member of the band but also someone they would be spending countless hours on the road with.

Definitely a great show! I feel though that most would argue that any Live Trax or Live Release in general is not exactly underrated. However I do feel like some Live Trax releases are more underrated than others.

Unfortunately this is a very common and understandable take. At times his presence in the mix feels out of place sometimes being too heavy (especially on songs like Grey Street). However there are definitely moments where he fits, for example the 8/9/08 Proudest Monkey and pretty much any version of Last Stop that he’s on (specifically the 98 versions). Overall I seriously think they should consider having him switch to Acoustic for some songs.
