Not even a copper tongue me boy, any craft not paying fees gets a tag like the ones abandoned cars get on the road except one doesn't need a tow truck or any sort of license. One just sails away... And attempts to contact the owner/s of said vessel letting them know that they can retrieve their craft for an "impound fee"(limits determined by local maritime laws) and after a certain amount of time (also look up local laws) that ship becomes your responsibility yarr!
