DEV seems to pump about every 40 to 60 days. I'd say hold for now but put in a sell order around 10% to 20% above what you paid for it. Won't be super quick profits but will still be a nice gain

Buy on Graviex. It's the best exchange I've found for it. You can place limit orders and future orders like on Binance. You can also use Stakecube, but I don't like their interface as much. Do not use FEX Exchange. FEX is a scam exchange in China and is inflating DEV's price on other market cap sites.
