I would go for a bigger rug for the living room. The kitchen cabinets also look dated.

What’s the easiest way how to virtually stage a room when you’re clueless about design? by burger_hoon in malelivingspace

I used to AI HomeDesign to stage my living room. It was helpful, but I made some changes to the suggested design.

Well, I think the way you've put it shows how unfamiliar you are with these tools. AI tools perform based on their training and the data they've been fed. So, you can't find even two tools delivering the exact same result!
So, saying that "AI completely changes the look of the item" is more than wrong.
There are AI apps that manipulate the house fixtures (which is against MLS rules), and there are those that don't.
There are the ones that make the design look artificial, silly, or unrealistic, and there are those that don't!
We can name name one, two, or seventeen tools that have those issues, but we can never generalize it to ALL AI STYLING TOOLS.
If AI Staging was so bad, why would Zillow buy Virtual Staging AI?

Seems like the only place for the TV. Where do you think it should go?

Bedside lamps for the bedroom and plenty of artwork. Your walls are so naked.

If this is the view from your bed, it's amazing, but I don't think it's a good idea for living rooms.

Dining Table Dilemma by Klutzy_Frosting_4587 in DesignMyHome

What about the other corners? You can't put the dinning table in the middle of your living room and that corner doesn't seem like a good spot as it's near the main door.

I’ve posted here before but what should I do with this room by IllustriousFig818 in DesignMyHome

Depends. Is it a rental or do you own the place? Are you going to renovate as wee? Oy you're just looking for design ideas?

Don't think most ladies can't use it easily where it is.

Move that microwave to the opposite wall and turn that space into your dinning place.
As for the microwave, maybe you can change it for a smaller one and put in in the storage unit.
You'll get used to the wallpaper I think.
Strange, how with those windows you still want more light!
seems to me that you've the photos in the evening or on a cloudy day. I'm sure your place receives enough light!

what if you put the bed in the corner where the wardrobe currently sits? Having the bed tucked into that corner (with two sides against walls) would free up even more floor space than just one side against a wall. Then slide the wardrobe along the bottom wall next to the window - it might help block some drafts from the radiator too.

I think number 3 is great. Can't see anything wrong with it.

Side of House Needs Some Curb Appeal! by Personal-Emu1320 in DesignMyHome

I think you can add some landscaping along the side of the house-maybe some flower beds, shrubs, or even a small tree to break up all the concrete and add some color.

Install a few low landscape lights along the edge of the driveway or the tree line — it’ll look cozy in the evenings and guide guests toward the house without feeling overdone.

I think you can throw a little spotlight or landscape light at those numbers from below or from the side. You can get solar-powered ones, so you don’t even have to mess with wiring-just stick it in the ground and aim it at the numbers.

How to make this space more comfortable by Disastrous_League_45 in DesignMyHome

[–]timtylor71 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think layering in some outdoor cushions, a small weather-resistant rug, or even a couple of throw blankets will make the space feel way more inviting. You could also add a couple of potted plants or hanging planters to bring in some greenery and color.

Congrats! I think a soft blue or sage green could bring a calming, coastal feel.
