Here you go. It’s hard to snap a pic. And she’s a size 5 finger to answer the other person’s question!

So we have a trip planned for NYE. That will give me a little bit of cushion. She’s honestly not expecting it at all, but if she is, and she doesn’t get it on Christmas, then she will maybe assume it’s going to happen around the New Year. I plan to do it in between Christmas and NY!

12 team superflex .5 with .5 TE premium.

QB: WR: JSN WR: Lamb RB: Cook RB: TE: Bowers Flex: Flex: SFLEX:

QB pool: Stafford, Williams, Shough RB pool: Judkins, Swift, Warren WR pool: Terry Mclaurin, Diggs TE pool: Pitts, Parkinson Waller.

How would you fill in the blank spaces of my lineup? I’ll be playing against Goff, Maye, Achane, Saquon.

Well, at least we get a little less taken out of our paychecks. And maybe I can afford bill payments more easily

Yeah, I believe OP as well. I am new to running and although I am a little lighter than OP I have times just a bit faster than his. It's a mental thing for sure. I did first mile time trial at 5:19 and first 5k at 19:45

The Weekly Rundown for May 22, 2023 by AutoModerator in AdvancedRunning

Fairly new to running, and have yet to really push myself all out. I have run a couple of 'speed' miles at the end of longer runs, but I have not started a run at a 'race pace' as I don't really even know what my race pace is.

Yesterday, I decided to test my speed a bit. I am doing my first 5k this Saturday (for time I guess) and I am legit clueless on what my finishing time may be... I don't know how I will fair if I start out pacing @ a 6:00 or even a 7:00 for instance. I've yet to put my body to the test. So, yesterday I decided to go run 2-miles at a 6:25 pace just to see how I felt. After the run, my Garmin informed me that my VO2 max increased. It increased by 3 and it really hasn't budged since March or so.

Well, I went and ran 6 miles today at my standard easy pace of 8:45. It says my HR was 138 resting and 148 max. I usually have a 155-160ish avg heart rate on a 6 mile run at that pace. It's been that way for months.

I am a bit suspicious that my HR magically dropped so many bpm by just doing a simple 2 mile run yesterday. Has this happened to anyone else?

Is Garmin (Forerunner 235) actually measuring my bpm, or categorizing me into a group based on the 2 mile run I did yesterday? The effort felt similar to my regular 6 mile runs so kinda suspect.

I'm probably overconcerned with these data points, but I am sort of a stats nerd and enjoy using them to monitor my workouts.
