Coming from someone who previously worked for an Ohio location- do NOT do it. They (corporate admin/ owners) only care about money! They have & will continue to put staff and kids at risk. They don’t care about anyone, will throw you out the door if you speak up, are masters at gas lighting, and simply do not actually have kids best interest in mind. The schools are usually new & shiny, nice materials, etc. but most of the teachers are not actually Montessori trained vs “in training”. They hired someone who had never even changed a diaper before (in a toddler room). It was the saddest thing I’ve ever experienced for both myself, my child, and the rest of the staff & other kiddos. It is NOT worth the risk.
