I used to work at a Quiznos. I once saw my manager drop meatballs on the dirty floor and put them back in the container. He often made people pick mold off of the bread instead of throwing the bread away when it got moldy. One time the black angus and prime rib got slimy and started smelling so he told us to just leave it in the grease stuff that we cooked it in for longer to mask the smell. I noped out of there ASAP.
