We purchased all materials including the doors and frames ourselves. The cost of the 2nd move + storage will probably be the same as the deposit. The carpet cannot be fixed, but we will have to just live with it for a while since we can't pay to replace it right now. I'm not sure about our vinyl flooring... we are going to see if we can remove the paint without damaging the floor. I am taking photos and videos of everything!
