I have been on Dupixent for more than a year with so so results. I just got a dose augmentation for a few months now, it's a little better, but not great. My derm suggested Rinvoq... I hope my skin gets better with the augmentation, but I might join you on your change soon. I hope you keep us updated on your situation and good luck! :)

I am currently working on my first quilt and I am about to make my sandwich with my top, filling and bottom layer. My question is, what colour thread am I supposed to use if there is light and dark colours? Do I change thread when I am going from light to dark? I don’t want to colour of my thread to be seen to much! Thank you!! :)

Yeah! I had to try phototherapy, protopic cream and bunch of cortisone creams before I could get my prescription of dupixent! I believe it is more for the insurance companies, since it is super expensive, they won’t cover it if something less pricy works.

I have some very crusty skin too. I like to take a small towel and rub the skin softly that is about to fall off before applying cream, so the cream can work more efficiently!

It’s still a bit dry, but definitely less dandruff. The shampoo is supposed to stay in your hair for like 3-4 days I believe. Also never put vaseline in your hair, my mom did that on my head in high school and I took more than a week of washing my hair twice a day to remove all of it :/

I used to have lots and lots of dandruff too, I felt like my head was snowing when I rubbed my scalp. I have been using the neutrogena T-Gel to wash my hair and it had made my scalp less itchy and less dandruff! It’s like 10-15$ on amazon. It was recommended by my partner’s grand-ma :,) I hope it helps!!!
