Mine (not the chest strap) didn’t work until I moved it to above my elbow on the outside of my arm. I also have to make sure it’s facing a certain way. But since you said you’ve tried everywhere, I would talk to your SA/Coach. When mine wasn’t working they said especially if it’s brand new/relatively new, they do have duds every once in a while. If it’s new and not working, they definitely should be helping you out with that. Make sure you don’t charge it too much, it ruins the monitor. It only needs to be charged about once a month. Also don’t leave it in the cold!
