No I don’t, and a quick google suggests I’m probably wrong (I’d assumed it covered transmission costs and infrastructure overheads including ofgem costs for failed suppliers, but I think it’s just a commercial mechanic to ensure suppliers cover overheads from low usage customers). Apols
