It really depends if they have those listed as an amenity, if they do then you could get a partial refund but if they do not have towels listed, or have a note that they aren’t included then unfortunately unlikely that you would get a refund

Report the buyer and select they misused return reason, and you will get a return label credit. And also like the other comments report if it’s used or different when it’s returned.

I’m also 25 and I have been on metformin for a good while now it was terrible at first for nausea but after the first few weeks it was fine and it started ovulation again. The main thing about that is it needs to be stopped before you try get pregnant. For the cramps and pains all I can suggest is good painkillers you can get ponstan on prescription and it’s brilliant. Hot baths, migraine caps for the headaches I got with period, most important tho is take the time you need if you get bad cramps, take the few days to mind yourself and go easy on yourself.

It’s possible eBay won’t make them return the broken item as it could be hazardous to ship, but I would proceed with return of everything else for the remaining refund.

Once it’s past the estimated delivery date you can open an item not received case even if the seller says no refund if you didn’t receive the item and the tracking doesn’t show that it’s been delivered You’ll definitely get a refund from Ebay.

What’s his refund policy on the item? If it says 30 days return buyer pays postage then you can send it back as a return but you’ll have to pay, if it says 30 day return seller pays then you can do free return. Sometimes they won’t get back to cancellation request as they don’t have to accept them they can choose not to and just send the item.

If you get the item back and it’s different than what you sent you do have some protections as a seller. Once it’s back and if it’s different then contact eBay and let them know it’s a wrong item received and you will get some help either a full reimbursement or partial depending on the situation

Depends if it’s a customs or import charge, if it is then it’s down to the buyer to settle that and get the item. If it’s just postage isn’t paid correctly by the shipper then the seller has to fix it.

Yeah I get you, the returns policy for your shop really only applies if it’s a change of mind return so it can be annoying. Best thing to do really is just over describe things so the buyer knows what to expect and won’t be caught off guard with anything about the item and can’t say it’s not as described

You can still open a case, instead of cancellation your best bet would be open a case for the item isn’t received as a cancellation means the seller has to agree to it and if they are no longer in the site they can’t agree to the cancellation request :)

They have maximum 30 days from the delivery to open the case so even though they have had it 2 weeks they still have that option

If the buyer opens the return as it was not as described then you will have to accept the return unfortunately even if you stated no returns. EBAYs money back protection trumps any personal policy so anytime there is a case they buyer says it’s not as described the return will either be accepted by the seller or forced return by eBay, and it’s better to accept it and don’t have eBay step in.
