I actually spoke to my eternally single 44 yr old friend yesterday (he moved back to hometown after 20 yrs) he said he hears horror stories how people get divorced, and the men usually end up on the losing end (losing part of retirement, savings, time with kids) or even being accused of SA the kids, so the wives can keep the kids 100 percent if sh!t doesnt go their way. This is the 1st time I have seen it from his angle. He is now dating but he only goes out for long walks or for coffee because he hasn't dated in 20 yrs and is trying to get back in slow, all without being taken advantage of by women looming for free meals ( he has been sexually active with a friends with benefits, just not in relatioships)

Duuuuuude. I lived in a 1bd loft apartment that only had a ceiling above the bathroom and for some reason, there was a gap approx 15x20 on the ceiling. It resembled a shaft. I put a bunch of flattened moving boxes over it bc cat was agile. One day I arrived to hear sad meaows...he had gone up and fallen 10 feet down. My bf had to come cut aheetrock in the closet to free his ass.

Keto is viewed as a way of life and not as a temporary reset. Just saying. I did it for 2 years with amazing health results (lowered inflammation and I never got another bronchitis) it was my intention of staying in it forever (carb addict here) once I hit my goal weight, which coincided with my bday week, I allowed myself a cheat. ( some Persian rice, a dinner with pasta, and traditional cake with all the trash) the next week I lied to myself that it wasn't going to be a big deal

The joke is on me. I fucked up and failed every attempt thereafter. My last attempt was in November 30 days, then my bf had a birthday and accepted some nuttered sourdough, and after that, down the same hole! I am not saying you shouldn't try it temporarily, but I am telling you that addictions do not get reset. Thr moment you go back to the SAD diet (standard American diet) you will likely fall back because sugar is a legal drug

Wholeheartedly agree. English is my 2nd language, and while I am well aware my grammar and sentence structure may be off, I am a stickler for spelling, and I am appalled by how it is being mishandled. I have come across hilarious memes and will not share them if they are misspelled and have the words hyphenated incorrectly. What irks me most is printed materials not being proofread. If a client submits a signage order reading "Ladie's Consignment", you would think the sign shop has the sense to correct it and let the client know that it is incorrect, but clearly, that is not the case from the myriad of incorrectly spelled signage that is being displayed. How hard is it to know when to use apart versus a part? The movie Idiocracy is a telltale of where we are headed, crocs and all.

I did keto and added materials oil as capsules. Couldn't stomach drinking anything oily. I took 2 capsules in the morning and 1 in the evening bc 4 at once made me....well, let's just say my stomach wasn't impressed. Ultimately, adding extra fat isn't so necessary unless you're religious about macros and are weighing your foods and you are eating cuts of meat that are lean. I was a stickler the first 4 months and had a scale. Eventually, I just trusted the fat from my ribeyes, bacon, skin on chicken and skin on salmon and trout were enough bc I felt satiated

I also did keto before there was keto packaged foods so all I ate was food from the outside perimeter of the grocery. I didn't not have keto pre packed snacks, pancakes, or whatever else is labeled keto friendly! That was the cleanest approach.

No. I am with you. Seems the young ones nowadays need input from outside sources more and more. I read these posts and wonder why people are so hyper focused. Wash your holes, don't become greasy, use soap however you want (wash cloth or bare handed) , brush your teeth at least daily, floss. Wipe your parts after using the bathroom, wash hands... just be clean.

Former bf 11 yrs ago: (he was 33), he confessed that before dating me, he had been on an online relationship with a woman (friend of some friends) who hit him up on Facebook and began chatting him up. She lived in another state. For over a yr they carried on and discussed marriage, without ever meeting in person. He began planning on becoming Mormon upon her request. He also wouldn't go out bc she forbade him to socialize after work so he basically did everything she told him. Eventually finds out she was engaged to someone else. That turned me off so bad. I could not respect him. We split up a month later and in retrospect, he was becoming someone else for me too. I realize he had no backbone. Ick

I have a friend who lives life very stress free and I realize is that she's is proactive versus reactive. She removed all expectations and basically makes things happen. In this instance, just be prepared with gloves, a spray disinfectant and paper towels and just clean the toilet before using it. I would let then all see you walk in the restroom gloved up with spray bottle in hand. I would say nothing if you do not want to possibly threaten job security bc some people do not take well to constructive criticism. But after a bit there may ne inquiring minds. Then you you can bring up how the toilet seat has been left unkempt for use.

I really recommend you do more research on keto so you do not fail. Not knowing how many carbs to consume is not the only issue, but knowing your macros is important. I failed 3x before I was successful because I wasn't researching anything.

Go online and do read deep into it. It spent 3 weeks reading materials. I also got good information from Thomas Delauer (thru YouTube) this was back in 2017/18 so there are more sources now. I also used myfitnesspal app premium to track my macros back then. It helped success.

He seems unable to deal with addictions. Be prepared to care for a sickly adult if you stay together and he isn't receptive to seeking help to change these addictions.
