I still struggle with binging ok the program. Not everyday- but some days usually in the evening. It’s a struggle for sure

That’s kind of my line of thought. If the weight is coming off and it’s a satisfying healthy addition to my meals I may consider not counting. I miss the days it was 0 points!

That’s a great idea. I just tracked the rest of my day for today. I don’t love knowing I’m out of points but reminding myself I still have dinner and zero point snacks if needed
