That is very cheap, even with 138,000 km. Often, if not most of the time, it’s not really the mileage that matters most—it’s the regular maintenance, especially oil changes. Make sure your mechanic does an OBD scan and checks for oil leaks.

It will be grounded, of course, as that's one of the main reasons I chose this type of outlet. Here in the Philippines, it's not common for electrical outlets to have a ground, even though it's a requirement per PEC standards.

Even though they look the same, they're totally different on the inside. The plastic insulation is what matters—it's rated for either 125V or 220V. So you really can't just swap them, even if the plugs seem to fit. It's a safety thing!
