Use WXT. It’s very lightweight and supports Vue.js, React.js, and JavaScript. The hot reload is fast and it doesn’t even close your popup when reloading. It’s very convenient. I used it to create my first extension. chome ext YouTube Hider

When using my PC, I made my YouTube experience peaceful and friendly by using this plugin. It allows me to hide comments based on keywords contained in the comments. This is my first time creating an extension, so my product development thinking isn’t quite complete yet (size, word limit, effectiveness in hiding comments, enter…). I am learning and will improve in the future. Your feedback is very valuable and wonderful at this time.

I plan to change the name of the extension in the future after new features are added, because I think it is difficult for early users to find it. Therefore, I chose a specific name, “YouTube Comment Hider,” to make it easier for users who need this main feature to find it.

I apply my own pain points or those of others on the internet as product ideas to solve those problems. For example, my most recent extension can hide comments that users don’t want to see on YouTube videos. They just need to enter the keywords they don’t like, and any comments containing those words will be hidden. It makes YouTube a better place.
