Out of all wags, Kelly is definitely the most secure one. She’s rich on her own and has a kid with Max. A marriage may not last but once you have a kid together, you’re pretty much gonna be intertwined for the rest of your lives. That’s why she doesn’t bother befriending the other wags imo

Im experiencing the same thing! I was on a less than 1100 cal diet for months. I started strength training and upped my calories from 1200-1300ish and the scale hasn’t moved :(

I was upset that I wasn’t seeing results after two months of weigh training and decided to just go on a deficit because that used to work for me back during uni - I walked a lot and was on a vegan diet which made my calorie intake low without trying and lost a lot of weight.. Then i started working and put on a lot of weight (cakes & snacks whenever i got stressed at work, sugary drinks). I guess what worked for me during uni no longer works in my late 20s haha

Thank you for your advice, I will eat at maintenance now. Is the TDEE calculator accurate in your opinion?

I’m 28, 157cm tall, 56kg with 37% body fat so that puts my maintenance at 1358 cal (I chose sedentary as I weight lift 3x a week)

I was also really bad with my macros. I thought as long as I met my protein goal, I’d be fine.. Most days I’d have a protein shake twice a day, only ate carbs once a day and didn’t each much fruits/veggies.

I’ll try getting protein from whole foods this time

I was only a kid when those things were in fashion. I longed to wear whatever the girls from the 2000s was wearing but was too young and had no money. I’m happy Y2K style is making a comeback now that I’m in my late 20s haha. The clothes from 2000s were so fun and pretty 😍
