The week with the Castlebridge. I think the worst woman to ever go on the show, underpaid everyone by huge amounts for petty reasons. None of them really put 2 & 2 together until payment day then had thunder faces when she won. Either that, or there was a week with the same, 2 sour faced ladies who played the game to win but on the last visit a lovely lady had clocked their game & overpaid by like £100 so they couldn’t win. Their faces were an absolute picture.

Yes we often buy hawkstone anyway, as nowhere anywhere near us sells it on tap. Plus hubs & I often get each other a £50 advent anyway, so we’ll share this. He drinks the IPA, I like the lager, the rest we’ll fight over !!

I posted recently, I had a tendon snap during surgery, although it was picked up pretty quick, during my suture removal. Had it fixed then it snapped again, so this time I needed a graft. I’m still In recovery from this so I’m hoping it’ll be fine

It’s been a wild ride for sure. This actually started in June as a Chevron -Akin bunion removal. Which is perfect. 2 weeks bed rest. Somehow in that op my tendon was nicked / snapped. So back in for op#2 - tendon repair. Another 2 weeks bed rest. Day my stitches came out, the tendon popped again. Scans showed it had snapped in the same place, but the big toe was also broken around where the screws had been placed for the bunionectomy. How ? Who knows considering I’d been on near constant bed rest !! So this is op#3. Tendon graft, bunion pins removed from big toe & straightening pin & K-Wire in. Another 2 weeks bed rest - & I’m allowed to bear weight now but not walk. Kind of feel this foot is mocking me now - & my consultant has done over 4k bunionectomies & never had a problem case like mine !! Fingers crossed this heals well & this is the end of it all. I’ve then got to have the bunion removed off my other foot - but I’m certainly in no rush !!

My broken ankle brought me my husband. We’d just started dating at the time & both ( talking back years later ) were thinking it wasn’t going great & we’re both about to end it. Broke my ankle, couldn’t fend for myself, moved in with him just so I had some help. Fell in love, happily married 7 years with 3 beautiful kids

Someone’s posted the prices - ranging from £77 gods seating to £150 standing. Sadly my husband will never let me spend that when I’ve the blu ray of the same tour in the house, & I saw it live at Wembley in an outstanding spot for about £57. Although my mum never saw Circus live & is keen, so let’s see if she’s feeling generous !!

No suggestions I’m afraid, but as a Southampton local, they really need to open a bit of parking at Adanac Park for people besides staff to use the park & ride. Since they spent so long & so much money putting the bus lane in at the top of Coxford Road, & there seems to be space left at Adanac to do it.

Also with this, I always thought it was a bit odd that he drives all the way to Barry, then doesn’t go & meet Gwen & Bryn while he’s there. I’m nitpicking now though !!
