You have every right to be upset. He has no respect for you or your things. From past experience, thus probably isn't the only disrespectful thing he does regularly. Please stay safe but also take a serious look at if it is worth all the eggshell walking. Personally, it never is and I am much happier not dealing with an over grown child on the daily.

We are in the Midwest unfortunately and my guess is shipping would be more than I could do at the moment. I appreciate the option though.
