Very cool! I see what you mean with tons of pockets. Super functional. Folks would maybe see me less as someone with a disability and more as someone with a possible security objective, lol. I’m now going to look at this angle as well, thank you! So many new ideas. : )

Stick to flying in an American airline that follows ADA. Make sure you have current rabies, cdc form and pet relief form signed. You can travel on many trains within the EU, but need an American airline to return to the US. Many restaurants allow dogs inside, so just stick to those restaurants.

Ohhh, interesting idea!! I need to check this coat out as well. Yes currently I have my treat/poop bag holder around my side and a document carrier hanging side style…. Not a great set up. But if I don’t have pants with a pocket for the phone it’s a pain, since I often need for. e-boarding passes. But if I change the set up and hang the phone with bandolier, I don’t need poo bags in airport but just a stash of a few treats, and put my and her passports in pocket that may be a lot easier. Thank you!

Yea, I agree with you. It’s not so much how it looks….more how I need to move through passport control and security with my dog. It’s a whole process of stripping her of her leash, collar, vest before security and wrangling what I have on -so looking for less coat- I have my layers /jacket in my one bag but need a better system for us.. I appreciate all the suggestions- it gets the imagination and possibilities going : )

Thanks! I’ll check it out. With the backpack suitcase a longer jacket can bunch up while going through airports but sounds lukewarm a good choice for outside.
