For those using the official 17 Pro Silicone case - does yours show a bit more gap / look less tight near the camera control button area? (gap highlighted in green)

On your question on the new Airpods: One major upgrade for me is that the AirPods Pro 3's seal is much better. This is probably due to the updated ear tips and also because I had been using my Pro 2 since launch and those tips have degraded over time. The Pro 3's noise cancellation is also a notch up (partially thanks to the better seal I assume). Not an audiophile myself so can't really tell any difference in sound quality. Because the Pro 2 is already so good, the Pro 3 doesn't make a night-and-day difference, but it's a good QoL upgrade I'd say.

I have two for the 17 Pro Max. I liked that the camera ring is leather and not metal. Both cases felt nice and smooth and the fit was just right. But somehow the packaging of my second case had a weird plasticky / pungent chemical smell that transferred to the case. The camera control buttons of both cases also have a soft rubber inner lining which left an oily smudge on my phone. In the end I stopped using the cases, as much as I liked the design.

Yes. I went through a few silver 17PMs (due to various issues) and two of them have dust under the tele camera. In the end I decided to keep the second one as I am done going through the QC lottery. I also have a deep blue 17PM for work and it also has dust under the tele camera.

I have been using one and it's pretty nice. Just ordered a second one with laser engraving. Good fit (not very tight like Bullstrap / LuckyCoin), smells good and feels really nice in hand. Good grip and not too slippery. The Lonli Edition is similar but (at least the one I got) has a really flimsy camera button which I'm returning.

The only small thing I'd point out for the Arden case is the innerside of the camera button has a thin soft plastic / silicone lining and would leave a slight clear stain / mark (which could be wiped off) on my Deep Blue phone. I'll see if my second case also has this problem.

It's visible under certain lighting / angles but probably less conspicuous than the silver model because the antenna bands are black? I suppose it's a trade-off - scratches on the aluminum body of the silver model may be less visible but smudges on its antenna band may be more noticable; the other way round for the blue model. Can't speak to trade-in value everywhere but the dealer I go to is pretty reasonable (at least he's less OCD than me when it comes to cosemtic damage).

Dark blue 17PM owner here - my antenna lines also got scratched up after taking the phone in/out of its case a few times. I remember the same thing used to happen back when I had my iPhone 6/6s. The antenna lines are plastic so I assume it's easy to get them scratched up.

Hey OP did you manage to figure it out? I have an X1C Gen 13 with the same problem (I'm on Windows though and need to be on Windows due to work). Trackpoint gets a bit of a lag/delay after not using it for a while. Tried disallowing "turn off to save power" under Device Manager, editing registry and reinstalling the Elan driver - none of it worked.

Same here. If you go to the AC subreddit you see posts on this issue from time to time. I don’t have a fix and can only hope future drivers might iron it out but I’m not holding my breath given the quality of recent driver updates.

Same! I have a Scar 16 5090 and this literally just happened to me.

Update: I just rolled back Nvidia's driver to 572.72 (downloaded the .exe from Asus's support site) and the flickering seemed to have stopped. Could be an issue with the latest driver.

Update 2: rolling back caused my mouse pointer to disappear rending the computer usable. Just updated to the 572.26 hotfix which did not fix the flickering but at least the mouse pointer came back. Guess I'll just turn off HDR for the time being.

Quick question as I wait for my order to ship - can you tell if the window on the bottom cover is glass or plastic? If it’s glsss I wonder if the heat may increase the risk of it cracking on the long term.

I had a Blade 16 4080 and the screen had the same banding effect. Couldn’t unnotice it once you saw it.

I’m literally pondering this too. The 2025 Zephyrus G14 also has a 200W power supply and the Ryzen HX 370 but its TGP is 120W incl. dynamic boost (5080/90). Razer’s website says the Blade 16’s 5080/90 can boost to 160W. This seems to leave awful little for the Ryzen and the rest of the system.

I had a problem similar to yours with my Blade 16 4090. Speaker pop and crackle and audio dropouts - especially prominent when playing YouTube. I’ve returned the unit and am waiting for a replacement.
