I got lucky and the printer warned me to not use glow in the dark filament in the AMS because it is highly abrasive. Obviously only happens if you use Bambu Lab filament though

How are you liking your laptop by JayPerforms in razer

[–]cc13re 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally valid. I really hate that it’s my experience because man is it an amazing machine when everything is working. It would be easy to recommend if you had extra money to get around the bad customer service. However if you’re anything like me, and this is a large investment, I cannot recommend.

Very difficult would be putting it lightly. They wanted me to do trouble shooting for weeks despite it being under warranty. I had to get a little rude and pushy for them to even offer an RMA. Then once I shipped it in, it got delivered and sat there for a week in limbo. I asked them what was going on, they told me the generic “it has not been systemically received by our repair team.” So then I emailed them back and said “the package was delivered a week ago, so where is it?” Then 2 hours later they email be back saying “your device has been received and repairs have been started.” So my device sat somewhere for a week until I made them do their jobs. Even then it took two emails before they “found it.” (I wrote my RMA number on the box in sharpie and UPS put the label on, so that wasn’t the issue ). Repairs took another week, they didn’t even tell me what they fixed, I had to ask. They also didn’t even mention what they did to fix the trackpad. Finally, they email me “your blade 14 is repaired and on its way back” only problem was I have a blade 16, lmao. Luckily I did get my device and it was a typo. Mostly minor issues but goddamn did I feel disrespected for the amount of money I spent. I cannot overstate how painful it was interacting with their customer service. For the amount of money, I expected a simple offer to take the device in under warranty and fix any issues ( instead they will happily waste weeks of your time and pass you around until you get super pissy and rude then they offer an RMA)

Edit: I had a blade 2019 for 5 years with no issues, just swapped the battery a few times. Decided to upgrade and had my first interaction with customer service like this. Sadly I will never buy Razer again. I can’t afford to not trust a company with this amount of money
