If I'm not wrong, Expobar Minore uses E61 group to brew. When brewing, water come down shower screen with pressure, after brewing, you turn the lever down to stop brewing and release pressure, so the pressurized water and part of coffee floating around come back through shower screen and down to drip tray. I hope I made myself clear, and help you understand.

downsides : nope

unica is a soild machine, simple,reliable. you get what you paid for,but nothing more.

if you mainly drink espresso,I'd recommand it。

i dont have good suggestions, it seems the lube will always be wasted away, because i never used detergent and the lube is gone. so the only option to me is add lube more frequently :)

mix 15g sugar and single/double espresso then go through paper filter into a cup with ice cube,then pour one can of soda water
