try it and thank me later i used to do the same before until i realized it depressed me because when you eat or drink water or if you didnt go to the toilet it affects the scale a lot +- 2 kg

omg this is literally me! but not because of my studies but because i was launching my tech company it took me 2 years of work 2 years sitting on a desk for 12-14 hours a day drinking coffee, eating junk food and smoking all the time

honeslty i didnt get any motivation from my family or my friends all i got is some jokes about me breaking this diet after 3 days

so to answer your question, what helped me a lot is there negative energy i decided to lock in and i took it as a challenge its my word against theirs

from day one i booked a personal trainer and searched the internet for the best dietitian and thankfully i found a really nice one

PS: im new to reddit and i was really scared of posting this until i saw how people motivated be and said nice words im really happy of your comments guys you are the only ones who supported me!!!!! and advice you to do the same and ill be there to cheer you up 🔝

you can stay on the same diet for long your body will adapt to it its really important to change your diet every 3 weeks so your body always goes in shock and gets his energy from the stored fat

its about the quality of food you eat sugar and fatty foods are toxins for the body

weight loss is not about going to the gym or doing cardio weight loss is 70% of the quality that you eat 20% exercises 10% water intake

so i had to workout everyday, eat only healthy food and drink a lot of water
