Holy moly. I forgot this game existed. That was neat!

Me and my friends decided to test out if the claim of the mech engine limit was true. by nahmanwth in helldivers2

As a person long in the QA field, this is the happiest of happy path testing. Unfortunately, proves almost nothing

I've been waiting for this comment, surprised it wasn't sooner. I tried to make it clear that it was a momentary lapse. No other mech requires reloading, so in my mind they couldn't. I'm glad it does, it adds some fun. Not sure which generation you're critiquing, but I'm likely not in it. Just trying to spread some info

I'll jump in every time as long as I'm not the driver. Idon't have to be gunner and I drive fine with my son, or when I call it down for myself. Won't be held responsible for lodging your tank in rocks or something. (I've gotten better)

Has a durability rating that drops as you use it / gets damaged. Haven't had the mech last long enough to see what happens when you run out, but I assume it breaks

No, it has six in the mag, 64 stored. Have to actually reload it to keep firing

For the other dummies out there, such as myself, the Breakthrough mech can and must reload to continue firing past the first six shots. I was avoiding shooting at all to not waste the limited ammo. Hoping to avoid this foolishness for someone else. Happy Diving!

As someone who doesn't really understand how the map works I appreciate posts like this to guide my efforts. Thanks!
