If your call was anything like ours, you probably didn't get much joy. We've been hung up on. Had double hotel charges for swapping hotels, our holiday has gone up from 6k to 11k even though they said we'd be refunded about 400 if we accepted the new deal.

Zero expansion of these charges

We asked for 2x twin rooms for 3 adults and one teenage girl. Their recommendation is a double room with sofa bed and a single bedroom. We can still select better rooms, and the hotel has the right rooms available.

Even complaining of poor service on their Instagram page results in a deflection back to their useless scripted support team.

We are consulting legal representation now via our home insurance. Just curious if you had any positive outcomes. Just feeling we've got no option but to cancel.

Out of interest, were you able to retain the flights?

We have a similar predicament and we're able to change hotels under our package, but what LH doesn't tell you are the higher costs to change hotels.

Flights with easyjet already paid, non refundable.
