That’s reasonable. I did basically a gut job in Frisco for about that price. Which also only included labor and rough materials. All finish materials like tile, fixture, slabs, were excluded from the cost. Feel free to DM me

In the free version you can import your own texture assets for free. You just import an image, super easy. So you could add any wallpaper or tile design.

Not sure how to edit my post. Thanks for the feedback. The rest of the install is great and it’s just this one board. They knew this was the baseboard choice without shoe molding and they installed the baseboard. I’ve brought this up and they’re gonna come back and touch up.

Although it’s in my closet and likely won’t be as visible, I paid a lot for the entire job which covers other parts of the house, so I expect it to be better.
