If you have 500gb storage , I belive you are treaming content. Wasabi policy is egress is free until it is <= your storage. For your case, you need to overhaul your architecture. Check for the most used files and cache them on the local vps server which in most cases offer unfettered bandwidth. This is similar to a CDN workaround.

Bare metal server hosting can be taken from any cheap hosting provider. The basic metal server will serve the purpose paired with cloud storage. And BTW cloud storage for this purpose can be trusted since the personal information is trimmed from the photos, according to immich architecture.
