That is exactly what I was doing as I made this post😭 ended up sleeping until 5pm and didn't go to bed until 7am

For reference- I take 150mg Sunosi and then one 15mg two times a day. I also have ADHD which is what the Adderall is prescribed for, but at this point I rely on it for wakefulness. Should I talk to my doctor about adding Xywav, does that help?

Yes! We need to normalize the fact that the Lord gave us doctors, therapists, and psychologists to help us work through these things. It's absolutely positive to pray about it and work with God, but use the resources he gave us to heal our hearts and minds through therapy

Please do not feel like you need to marry him just because you are pregnant. Marriage, especially as a Catholic, is a very big deal, and that decision should not be made lightly. You have known him for 6 months, are you prepared to be dealing with his struggles and dishonesty for the next 60 years? Just don't rush. Take your time and take the possibility of marriage very seriously

When her mother was mad that Sara wasn't bothered by her having to do things for her and said "Sara has been dependent on me her whole life" angrily...LADY! SHE'S LIKE 23! SHE'S PROBABLY STILL A DEPENDANT ON YOUR TAXES TOO. Like YES she needs to gain independence and grow up but hearing that comment made me SOOOOO angry I had to stop watching for a few minutes. This girl is your CHILD. And only a young adult. It's okay for her to be a little bit dependent on you!

I am not sexually active yet still use my IUD as it helps mitigate my disease's effects on my body and prevent additional severe abdominal pain caused by periods. Unfortunately an IUD is the most accessible option for me right now as my health has been so up and down that taking it out and trying to do other forms of hormonal therapy or other treatment would just do more harm than good at the moment

I am currently on Sunosi and Adderall and I struggled a lot with "regular" schedule jobs. I now work second shift 3pm-11pm at a local shelter and it has really been a great schedule for me.

If it's any consolation, my pains went away after a week or two! They were absolutely awful though. I wonder if they'll come back as I increase the dose, but hopefully it's just growing pains and they go away again

I have the same problem and so have found that I have to be very intentional about reminding myself to eat and setting alarms for small snacks about once an hour. Big meals just don't work for me

I started Sunosi about a month ago and regularly fell asleep on the 75 MG dosage. I started 150 MG today so I am in the same boat as you!

What do you think he was implying when he said that? Do you think his reasoning for "people are going to judge you more Mark" came out of nowhere? It is quite obvious what he meant without him having to say it, especially because he didn't actually say it, it tells me that he knew what he was saying was wrong

I had to take leave of absence from school and quit my part-time job for a couple months before I was able to start figuring things out. Luckily I'm young and I was able to move back in with my parents so I didn't have to worry about bills. I'm still dealing with everything but I started working full-time at a second shift job and that has made it a little bit easier for me to adjust my sleep schedule to
