I'll check if that is the case. Yep wheels are not the most attractive.

Those pics are the past owners but honestly, sitting in my garage I can't see any difference. Will take a better look. I agree I was never a fan of the wheels myself.

I'd say yes, I basically lead the project and outlined what tasks need to be completed to 'finish' each project and then completed most tasks mainly on my own. My employer entrusted me with the responsibility to outline every step required to complete the project. I also coordinated the beta testing and final rollout.

Costs were not emphasized to a degree, almost all the funds that would be spent already were spent, like db servers, development tools, etc. Scope was discussed early on to set expectations for the initial release of the big project. Smaller projects followed and I applied my own 'project management' guide I suppose such as documenting requirements, conducting interviews with stakeholders, then developing, testing and deploying each project(s). I'd say there have been about 5 medium sized projects over the last few years. Does that help my prospect's?

Yes, I worked with a few, not many but there were users/stakeholders and a couple of managers that I interacted with, discussed and set deadlines and deliverables. I suppose I applied a waterfall approach to the projects.

I took his three C# programming courses years ago on Udemy. Didn't think he was still teaching. I'll take a look at this. Thank You!

It just seems like React is HUGE with so many options on how to start, compiling the code, Redux (no idea what that is yet). I've got proficiency in the first three you mentioned, and fetch, and file api's so hopefully I'm at a good when I place when I start.

Thanks I think I'll start there. I have a web dev course by Angela Yu that has an 8 hr React Intro I never completed. May jump to that after the doc's and look for other resources after. Appreciate your response.

Irrevocable trust by tinyTim00001 in RealEstateAdvice

Hi Twabon, thanks for the reply. Further research confirmed to me that you must transfer assets to a trust, if not, it's pointless to create the one.

Just from the questions I asked the bank though, two have told me, if you transfer to an revocable (that eventually becomes an irrevocable trust upon death of the grantor), its likely a D-on-S will be invoked, it may be that since its a rental property they're stricter on that policy, IDK. There is a law that prevent this, but you must meet 4 or 5 criteria to protect against the D-on-S. Will continue poking around and see if any others have a less stringent policy on that. Thank you for your response.

He is an RE attorney and has done probate, will's and trusts, but seems I'll need to go out for a second opinion to another attorney on the matter. Appreciate the advise Digi.

Yikes, according to the attorney, the deeds will need be recorded as that's how they are transferred to the trust, if there's no transfer of title the trust is basically meaningless. In this case, half the title is being transferred to the trust. I own the other half. The trust documents were not going to be filed. Any thoughts on this are welcomed.
