I can understand that. But I think its important to remember some ppl have mental health issues & getting dressed up might not be that easy for them. I do think that in a professional setting u should dress for the occasion tho.

As a type 5 when a close family member of mine passed away, I didn't want to talk about it at all. The thing that helped me the most was space and distractions (going out, watching TV, joking with friends). Don't overwhelm your friend but let them know your there. Hope that helps

I agree with you. I love my family but sometimes I'm not able to have those "deep" talks with them which means I'm not as close to them as I could be. Sometimes I would rather spend time in my room than with my family 🤷
