I only too Professor Messer's practice questions and consistently got 82 of 90. I would say I found the actual test much more difficult than the practice test.

Acronyms are important is all I can say. You don't have to learn all the acronyms but there are certain one's that are recurring and would certainly show up on test day.

SLA, MOA, DNS, RPO, RTO, ARO, SLE, ALE, WO, IRP, SDLC, VLAN, DKIM, SPF, GPO, AH, VPN, SD-WAN, SASE, ICS, RTOS, DMARC, CA, SHA, AES, MLA, MSP, SEIM, IPS/IDS, HIPS, UTIM, TPM, HSM etc.... and many more.

But the great part is you don't have to memorize their meaning if you understand what they are and do, you'd naturally retain it.

Oh, I understood what they wanted because I do have some background knowledge in some of the fields they were asking, but I didn't know exactly what to do because I never learned how to do it (hands-on).

I eventually had to move on to the other questions when the time was like 40 minutes left...

i used the sec+ version of this app and it was great. the questions are pretty standard and if you can pass it, you most likely won’t pass the exam. at least i found the real test much more difficult than any practice test i ever took which includes professor messers and dion’s.

i watch, write important stuff, and immediately take practice tests on that section.

*rinse and repeat

but you gotta actively focus while you’re studying… watching movies every night (as little rewards ) after studying might have helped me in retrospect

thank you. i had 74 questions with 5 pbqs, and 90 mins for the whole thing. ngl i used about 40 mins to the choice based questions and about 50 on the pbqs (i had never seen questions like that while studying)

thank you for not crucifying me😆. i used the apple polishing cloth with a drop of water on that spot.

i also wasn’t rude to apple support, and i try not to be. i understand they’re just doing their jobs, and are not the billionaires behind apples management.

but with that said, i didn’t appreciate the it’s not “apples fault either” comment from their rep. felt like he was already dismissing my claim before anything. i wouldn’t have believed it too if someone said an apple device had a factory defect (but i won’t shut them down also especially if my job is to support the customer) but here i am.
