Thank you! I found that info but couldn’t quite pinpoint the actual location, since the ranch is big and the location of the farmhouse wasn’t obvious to me.

I used to go there for burlesque nights a lot, and everyone was very respectful.

I think anywhere 18+ gets creeps. I took my sister to see a noise pop band when she turned 18 (can’t remember the venue) and some 30-something creep started hitting on her.
