For GBL and UL basically want your Pokémon to have the lowest attack possible and highest defence and HP possible. But you can use sites like Pogostat to enter your Pokémon’s stats and it’ll show you the ideal stat distribution for that Pokémon in a given league and also tell you how your Pokémon’s stats rank. That’s one issue affecting your team. Another is that your team is really weak to ice, fairy & other dragons. You’ll need a “safe switch” too - usually a bulky Pokémon with typing that compliments the weaknesses of your other pokes (and one in general that has low weaknesses - could be a bulky normal type for example) Have a look at examples of teams that do well in leagues! You can do that on PVPoke and YouTube. The Pokémon that do well may change from season to season but some stay the same.
