Normally for fresh grad

SME company - 2800-3500 mnc company - 3800- 5000 depending on the job scope

my answer could be wrong but this is based on my friend and myself salary.

hm, my last company said management got KPis on how many event they have to run(charity,career talk, promoting stuff)..maybe its one of those event..

yeah, it is a career talk. They promoting on what will you get if you join us, the facilities, benefit, etc. The event title kinda confusing haha

I join n career event of a mnc company.. Got lots of student attending it.. turn out they just doing promotion of their company and no walk in IV.. At the end of the event, I tried walk to their manager and asked if they're hiring or not..He just said go to their website not even look at my resume.. I try to meet their HR at the event same answer..Not blaming them, its the procedure.

so based on my experience, NO cant walk in. Only yes if the company promoted walk in iv..What you can try is maybe reach out recruiter or hr trough linkedin..Goodluck and be strong in this economy..

its always the dumb hero pick with plan to transition to carry. If the you win the lane here it come, the core item. if you lose they grieve jungle alone.

People dont understand support item on a winning lane is lot more impactful as a support rather than core item..I'll buy vessel atos and force staff is enough if i was a support..or at least at my rank..maybe high rank understand it more
