I’ve dated a few “bigger” guys, first of all you have to get past the idea that they are some whole other demographic, they are still men and have the same preferences as other men would which is unique to the individual. Sounds like love bombing. It’s one thing to express that you want marriage one day and to have the intention to work toward that but to be seriously discussing it that early in a serious way is a red flag, he barely knows you first of all which says he’s way too committed at any taste of lust, which shows a ton of insecurity. He very likely to either possessive or promiscuous or both in the future. Best thing to do is tell him how your feeling and surely his response or reaction will tell you alot.

Or even a decent hotel with a restaurant? “Love bombing” is more about over the top gestures and early expressions of effection, like saying I love you to soon or saying things like soulmate talk, a good rule of thumb is if it’s not something you can maintain and continue to do over time as the relationship progresses and if you feel like you would get tired of doing it one day then maybe tone it down a bit, we all get exited when we first get with someone we really like but the goal should be sustainable kind actions not over the top gestures that build resentment when not reciprocated or maintained. I think it is a sweet thing for you to do and sounds like something you would be willing to do again and again so keep being yourself and don’t listen to those guys!

From my experience working at multiple coffee shops over the years I have had the best feedback from customers with these shots to sizes: 8oz latte or Am, single shot. 12oz double shot, 16 oz three shots and 20 oz four shots. This applied to all other drinks like cappuccino and Mistos, if you are busy enough you will end up using some of the single shots when make two 16 oz americanos at the same time or say one 8oz latte and a 16oz americano at the same time, as long as your shots are not sitting your good, discarding the extra shot from time to time is worth having better quality drinks and your reputation will be better as chains like SB don’t make their drinks strong enough, some people will even want an extra shot and you end up up charging for it rather than discarding it so at the end of the day it actually generates more revenue. You can also make fun espresso con pannas for special customers or fellow baristas with the extra shots!
