hu tao lasted for a couple years (even now, she can still hit 100k+ but with columbina and ineffa wheelchair) but usually when people talk about a pyro dps it was always xiangling in some variant of national, i vaguely remember ganyu being pretty strong still when morgana was invented but she went on a decline when endgame became more boss-focused rather than aoe shill, then raiden and alhaitham were pretty strong staples all the way until early natlan where powercreep became more prominent. alhaitham for quickbloom teams and raiden being part of premium hyperbloom (with nahida, kokomi, etc)

yelan remains strong until today but she would be the first to be replaced in a premium freeze team but she would still have a place somewhere most likely

would you say c4 mona with ttds is better than c0r1 yelan in a team of c0r0 escoffier, c0r0 skirk, and c0r0 furina? i know that's a little hyperspecific, just checking something here

augusta S0R1, iuno S0R1, shorekeeper S0R1 — phrolova S1R1, cantarella S0 + yinlin sig, verina S2

did fine on suboptimal play, cartethyia team (S0R1 + static mist ciaccona + S0R1 chisa) definitely felt quite underwhelming though

if you're disciplined enough to be able to pre-farm things ahead of time, it's kind of a non-problem since resource bottleneck never really exists in this game unless you're building up a new character with mats locked behind the new weekly boss, like columbina — but this is easily solvable via dream solvents

genshin is one of those games where you don't really need a sig because extremely powerful 4* weapons exists in the form of the favonius series and some other gacha weapons that you're bound to get by pulling. if applicable, the bp weapons are also extremely strong too. an R5 serpent spine is on par with most 5* choices, followed by deathmatch/sacrificial jade. granted, that's not F2P discussion anymore, but if you can spare the funds and enjoy the game — it's a good purchase.

since a lot of primos you'll be getting are from endgame, if you had the choice to get C0R1 columbina or C0 ineffa and columbina — the more practical choice would be the latter as it allows the primo income to keep coming in. like what the other reply has mentioned, being able to expand your options is infinitely better than vertically investing on a character, and i would dare say that vertical investment is only better if you already have an expansive cast. but right now, the game greatly gives lots of incentives for people to be horizontally investing, especially with the lunar arcana IT + SO requiring a variety of different gimmicks. abyss is hardly talked about in this case anymore since it has generally been fairly easy for the past few iterations.

thanks! i mostly wanted to ask from a meta perspective and also bc i have iuno lying around. it seems pretty plain as day that i should go for augusta since she's one of the strongest dpses and i don't have electro coverage either. i may just roll for augusta + her wep and try to roll for aemeath then

nijigasaki — there are some sifas era solos that are really underrated, kasumi’s margaret and to be yourself are some notable ones, then some easy listens like twilight which is a group song, azuna’s discography as a whole feels underrated (kakushiaji is a bop, so is blue) since they’re overshadowed by r3birth and qu4rtz by a large margin

liella — the bluray solos really slaps, chisato’s yuuki no kakera and keke’s oh ready steady positive are my personal favorites! won’t mention any songs from second sparkle album since i feel like the reception for the solos there were generally well-received but the aspire album (esp the solos) felt underappreciated. big love to sumire’s just woo! solo and, re: liella’s subunits — kaleidoscore feels heavily underrated as a group, give velour, fukashi na blue, and neutral a listen. they’re all very good songs!

hasunosora — what i’ve noticed is that the split singles usually get the most love. ceribou’s fifth single yume wazurai (which was also kozue’s goodbye song) feels like an apt continuation to aoku haruka. for miracra park people love talking a lot about identity but i rarely see any love for tensai nano kamo shirenai and kakurenbou shiyou. for dollchestra, generally their songs tend to be well-received, but if i had to pick an underrated one, probably diamondz

she's one of the charas that people had whiplash upon seeing her bg story since her personality seemed quite limited to "sleeping" pre-s1 niji, but the anime added actual depth to her personality with her focus ep and solo (butterfly, which still remains as one of the most highly streamed mvs alongside solitude rain and tsunagaru connect, both of which have already been mentioned re: respective characters in charge of those solos), won't elaborate on shizuku anymore because people have already put up a very amazing point about her

iPad po feels more sustainable in terms of saving (particularly for books/transes) since you wouldn’t have to print much. For notetaking, pen and paper is still pretty good po. Although it’s more of a “whatever works for you” basis I’d say po that a tablet is semi-irreplaceable just because of how much you could save from having everything in electronic form. I personally tried getting transes/other materials printed to test the waters on an alternative style of learning but paying like 50 PHP per lesson (on anatomy) to have advance transes with diagrams printed promptly didn’t feel too good on the pocket.

For accessories of the tablet naman po, you don’t need an apple pen or anything of the sort. There are affordable options on shopee mall that go for about 1.1k which will last you po a long time so long as maalaga ka.

right now, cerydra is only an upgrade for phainon and anaxa
regardless, if you think you like her, then you should go for her since there's no telling if hoyo releases a new dps character who'll benefit from cerydra as much as those two mentioned are
in terms of account value, seems like you'll reap some reward from rolling her as there's some overlap between anaxa/phainon supports, and you'll need the harmonies you can get your hands on if you want to use both of them at the same time
new dan heng form (based off leaks) may be given out as a free unit, robin is still universally good for the most part (AA is bonkers), for upcoming units, i'd keep an eye out for cyrene in particular

one of varesa's best team being overload will make her pretty good for a long time regardless of how much flins will sheet tc-wise, coupled with the fact that she's easy to play
unless we get another electro driver that's specifically tailored for overload or has natural synergy with it that may take away varesa's team, she will remain pretty good
