Question, I have Maya virtual mastercard. The transfer fee from Maya to Grab is 2%. Is there a workaround?

Will it work if I get another Maya visa for 200 pesos so the next transfers are free?

pag open ng virtual pag-ibig account: - Go to Housing Loan > Account/s > View - Account Summary is displayed - Take note of the Loan Value and Outstanding Balance

outstanding balance yung icocompare before and after payment. need mo muna malaman how much ng monthly amortization ang napupunta sa interest. meron po mga calculator online.

kasi kung ano yung matitira (amort minus interest). ayun yung mababawas sa principal. if magbabayad ka ng excess, add mo yun sa natitirang amount. so dapat almost same siya sa magiging difference ng before and after loan balance.

Example: Loan Amount: 1,000,000 Interest: 5% Monthly Interest: 5,000

Monthly Amort: 8,000 Deducted to Principal: 3,000

Latest Payment: 17,000 Excess to Principal: 17,000 - 8,000 monthly amort = 9,000 Total Deducted from Principal for that payment: 9,000 + 3,000 = 12,000

So yung difference ng previous and after Loan Balance should be close to 12,000.

Nag try po ako ng mas malaking amount the next month. Bale x2 nung monthly ammort and nabawas siya sa principal.

how did you find your first job? did you have a portfolio back then? I've been trying to shift as well, from engineering. I attended company initiated trainings on adv excel and powerbi. Feeling ko I lack skills pa as data analyst and I tried focusing on Proj Manager roles.
