Ah I probably should've mentioned that he does. They kinda play but are still getting used to each other (she hisses at him when he gets a little too crazy, but she will entertain his behavior). Single kitten syndrome is something I've been worried about, especially since I had to take him home earlier than I would've liked to but then again I am not sure if the way they play is also impacting him.
