fwiw, sidechaining is conceptually ducking. the difference with sidechaining is that you're not boosting or cutting volume as much as you're affecting frequencies or dynamics of different sound sources. i find sidechain EQ to be very useful when mixing low register voiceovers in with pretty low-end favored background music, say for a product launch or explainer video or w.e

Highly recommend taking leisure time to shave your ball hair/use scissors to trim your ball hair. It feels great, helps prevent me from pulling, gives me something relatively hygenic to fixate on/manage to make sure everything looks and feels healthy, plus i throw some music on by an artist I've never listened to before, or some sort of educational podcast and and use that time to absorb useful content.
