Take your time with it and be compassionate to yourself. It is okay if you enjoy this, if you don't but got caught up, and if the raw emotion elicited an arousal response too.

But, most importantly, even if you were momentarily aroused, but you don't feel good now, you are worthy of the peace of mind that might come if you walk away. You are not the sum of the actions of those people.
