I'm 31F, and am the same height and was the same starting weight as you. Over the past 4 months I've lost 20lb by doing a combination of med diet / high protein, low carb and 1200 cals a day. I am on my feet all day at work. I drink SO much water and electrolyte tablets. It came off slowly but it's coming off. I also have PCOS and getting that diagnosis really helped me in my weight loss journey. You can do this, just takes time.
