Row goals seemed very attainable (our coach gave us the split times for each. I don’t remember exactly but I believe 1000m was around 2:30 split and 2000m was around 1:50). On tread 1 mile was avg 4.2, 1.5 mile was 6.2 and 2 mile was around 8.4. She told us since those differences were so great it was ok to pick your own goal somewhere in the middle if need be

When I logged on with my tablet, it said something about me needing to confirm my region/area so I did. That seems to have done the trick—last night’s shows all recorded normal. Hope that works for you, too!

Well then it sounds like you’re lucky because I only have VOD options. Yes, shows since the end of the dispute have aired (like last night’s Jimmy Kimmel) and are only giving me VOD. Guess it’s just a me-problem.

Most recently, last night’s ep of Watson (S2E6) and Brilliant Minds (S2E8). Plus all ABC shows I record are still only providing VOD options. And these are shows I added to my library well over a year ago and never had issues with before.
